NOTICE ON COMPLIANCE WITH INFORMATION OBLIGATIONS – PRIVACY STATEMENT
Hotel Prince de Ligne s.r.o., ID No.: 61326534, with its registered office at Zámecké náměstí 136, 415 01 Teplice ("Controller") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other legal regulations.
Personal data in the scope of name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, telephone number, email address, permanent address and date of birth may be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing an accommodation contract or similar contract (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") and for the purpose of exercising the Controller's rights arising from the contract.
Personal data in the scope of name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, permanent address, purpose of stay, temporary ID card number or travel document (passport) number may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's obligations imposed by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended.
Personal data in the scope of name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, permanent address, date of birth, travel document number (passport), nationality, visa validity, visa number and purpose of stay may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's obligations under Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on amendments to certain acts, as amended.
The Controller will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorised employees and also through processors authorised by the Controller on the basis of personal data processing agreements.
Personal data in the scope of name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, permanent address, date of birth, identity card number, travel document number, nationality, visa validity, visa number and purpose of stay may be made available by the Controller to state or local government authorities in accordance with the above-mentioned laws.
The list of recipients to whom the data subject's personal data may be disclosed includes subcontractors (IT and accounting).
The Controller will process personal data for a period of 6 years.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data processed by the Controller, to correct or delete it, or to restrict its processing, and the right to object to its processing.
The data subject also has the right to obtain from the Controller personal data concerning the data subject and which the data subject has provided to the Controller. Upon request by the data subject, the Controller shall provide the data subject with the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, at the request of the data subject, provide it to another clearly designated controller. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.
The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries.
Processing of personal data for sending newsletters
a) If a visitor is interested in receiving newsletters and other promotional communications, Hotel Prince de Ligne s r.o. will process the personal data provided by such visitor for these purposes, based on consent, always at least to the extent of the email address. If the visitor also provides their identification data (title, first name, surname, telephone number), Hotel Prince de Ligne s.r.o. will also process this data for the above purposes. The content of the newsletter and other advertising communications may be personalised on the basis of the data provided and other data for personalising content, which Hotel Prince de Ligne s.r.o. obtains from the visitor's behaviour on the website or in the newsletter.
b) Hotel Prince de Ligne s.r.o. will only start processing the visitor's personal data after the visitor has ticked the checkbox for receiving the newsletter and other advertising communications.
c) The personal data provided will be processed for a period of 10 years or until the consent is revoked. The processing of the personal data provided will be carried out by Hotel Prince de Ligne s.r.o. itself or by a third party, in particular Rocket Science Group, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, which operates the Mailchimp.com service.
d) Consent to this processing of personal data is entirely voluntary and may be revoked at any time by sending a written notice of revocation of consent to the registered office of Hotel Prince de Ligne s.r.o. Consent may also be revoked by clicking on the "Unsubscribe from newsletter" link in the newsletter or advertising message sent. Without consent, it is not possible to send advertising communications from Hotel Prince de Ligne s.r.o.
If the data subject believes that their personal data is being processed unlawfully, they may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data
Protection (www.uoou.cz).
